Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing from the receipt of payment.
  • Members will be provided with tracking information via email. Tracking information may  take 1-2 business  days or sooner for members to receive.
  • If you have not received  a tracking number by the 5th business day,  please email or contact us at
  • Disayah B&Co. is NOT responsible for stolen packages. Once your item is packaged, sealed, labeled with a tracking number, and sent to USPS your package is out of our control.Briefly contact USPS for your stolen items so that they can assist you with a refund/ a solution. We are more than welcome to help you if you have any questions requiring an issue like the one above.

Return & Exchange Policy


  • Due to limited quantities, all ITEMS/SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged UNLESS there was a size error or merchandise error on our behalf.

  • If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase,  please contact within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. We will make every attempt to satisfy our customers.
